Cedar has been used in ceremony by the indigenous peoples of North America for millennia for healing, as it offers purification of the mind and spirit, promotes higher spiritual connection, and encourages peaceful thoughts. Frankincense revitalizes and uplifts, balancing the mind and body and replenishing the nervous system. Both Cape Snowbush and May Chang bring positivity by helping to let go of negative thought forms to clear the mind and achieve a gentle, calm perspective. Love and trust are brought in by Rose Geranium, and Cacao supports us by softening our hearts and guiding us into an open and uplifted state.
The Cacao in this medicine is organic and wild-harvested in the Sacred Valley of the Inca in Peru by my teacher’s teacher, a medicine man of Incan lineage. Ethically sourced, and ceremoniously hand-crafted.
