I love the tobacco plant. We first wild harvested her along the shores here on Kaua'i. We brought seeds home, planted them and now they volunteer all over our garden.   I woke early one morning to make flower essence with Tobacco & sat at her feet while her flowers floated in a bowl of crystal clear spring water.  Upon tuning in, I felt a deeply grounded energy and sacred connection to all that is, as this plant seemed to quickly snap me into the present moment. Simply powerful, this plant supports the release of heavy emotions, creating space for inner peace, gratitude, and a renewed connection to the Earth and Spirit.
