In creating this rose flower essence, I woke up early and headed out to the garden with my daughter, Aina Rose. We sat before our beautiful, fragrant rose bush and I sat in meditation while breastfeeding her. First, I gave thanks to the rose plant for being in my garden, as well as to the land that nourished this plant, and to our ancestors that gave us life and the opportunity to be here today. I sat, breathed, and asked them what they would love to share. Immediately, I felt my heart chakra bubbling with energy, bursting open and sending energy in all directions. Of course! The rose is sharing her blessing of love. Mahalo to the rose, for her healing medicine!
