Pandan, made from the leaves of the pandan plant (Pandanus amaryllifolius), is a versatile plant. It is popular in Southeast Asian cuisine for its unique, sweet, and nutty flavor. It can be used in cooking or made into a tea. One can also experiment with making pandan ice cream or pandan nut mylk!  This fragrant tea offers several health benefits, attributed to the various nutrients and compounds found in pandan leaves.

We use pandan in our body oils for its muscle relaxing and pain relieving properties.
