Grade A Kaua’i Vanilla Beans

Justin began growing a few varieties of vanilla in our garden here on Kauai in 2021. It has really taken off in 2023. Each season, we are amazed with just how many flowers begin to open up. It becomes a dedicated morning ritual of careful hand pollination followed by Justin’s unique style of curation, resulting in beautiful, vanilla beans with incredible flavor. Perfect for baking, infusing, or adding a gourmet touch to any dish.
