Dehydrated Cacao Beans (Raw & Unfermented)

We created this product as an alternative to the fermented & roasted cacao beans. These instead are low temp dehydrated, fresh out of the cacao pod. They're a fun and new way to enjoy cacao, compared to the traditional method of cacao bean preparation. 

We grow the cacao, harvest at peak ripeness, and place them in the dehydrator at low heat.

Taste

initially sweet & tropical, followed by nutty, buttery, crunch
