Pure Hawaiian Cacao

Made from stone-ground cacao nibs and their naturally occurring cacao butter, this pure cacao contains nothing added and nothing removed. The result is a rich, deeply flavorful chocolate that reflects the place where it was grown.

Crafted in small batches from organic, permaculture-grown cacao trees on Hawaiʻi Island's Hāmākua Coast, each harvest carries its own unique character. Depending on the season and fermentation, you may notice notes of roasted nuts, coffee, raspberry, citrus, and flowers.

Unlike heavily processed chocolate, pure cacao allows the full flavor of the cacao bean to shine through.

Ways to Enjoy

For Drinking
Gently melt into warm milk or your favorite plant milk. Add honey, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener, along with spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, or cardamom.

For Baking
Use in brownies, cookies, cakes, sauces, and desserts wherever a rich chocolate flavor is desired.

For Snacking
Break off a piece and enjoy as is, similar to a 100% dark chocolate. The flavor is bold, complex, and deeply satisfying.
