ʻOhi ʻOhi Hemp + Organic Cotton Tee

A shirt made to be worn, lived in, and softened with time.

Our ʻOhi ʻOhi tees are made from a midweight blend of 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton. Hemp is a fast-growing, highly renewable fiber that requires little water to grow, and the fabric becomes softer and more comfortable the more it is worn. 

We screen print each shirt with our original ʻOhi ʻOhi artwork, drawn by us here on Kauaʻi. On the back is our ʻOhi ʻOhi circle, filled with plants that are part of our everyday life—plants we grow, eat, gather, make medicine and skincare with, and simply love. The small Kauaʻi on the front was also hand drawn in our own font.

ʻOhi ʻohi is a Hawaiian word meaning to gather, collect, or pick up. That’s what our shop has always been about: gathering what this island provides and bringing it together in one place—food from local farms, plants from our garden, handmade goods, and the work of people in our community.

This shirt is a little collection of that world.

For care, ONNO recommends washing cold and tumble drying low; hotter washing and drying can shrink the shirt by up to about half a size.
